TIJUANA company, Uroš Hudernik, sole trader, Vojašniška 10, 200 Maribor, (hereinafter referred to as the supplier) and the customer arrange the mutual obligations of purchasing in the TIJUANA.SI online boutique with the General Terms and Conditions described below. The General Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of the products carried out by the supplier. The supplier reserves the right to change or modify any of the Terms and Conditions on the website www.tijuana.si at any time. General terms and conditions are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international code of online business. By placing an offer on our website, users accept the published general terms and conditions of business.
Placing an Order
A registration of the user is necessary to purchase an item in the online boutique. Prior to the first purchase, all users have to register to be added to the users database (every registered user gets one’s own password and a user name which is the user’s email address). Every following purchase requires a login to the boutique. By logging in, the purchaser can modify and update his data (address, password, check past orders, etc.).
After browsing the offer, click the “add to cart” button next to the selected product. You will find the added products gathered in the cart which you can always view and modify (change the quantities and/or remove the items). When you are finished shopping, select the “cart” option where you can edit your products. By clicking the “checkout” button, you will be able to complete your purchase. The supplier is committed to protect security of the user's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The personal data shall not be transferred to third parties or misused in any other way. The company shall use your personal data for the purposes of sending offers, invoices and informative/promotional material.
We offer the following payment methods:
- Collect on Delivery – in cash (invoice enclosed in the package);
- Payment by Proforma Invoice.
- Cash Payment if the delivery is carried out by the supplier.
By placing an order in the TIJUANA.SI online boutique and selecting the Collect on Delivery payment method, you are agreeing to pay the purchase price on delivery. You shall inspect the goods on delivery and shall immediately notify the supplier of any alleged visible defect or other faultiness.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer. For orders over 100€, our company cover the delivery costs!
The delivery costs are charged during your purchase in the online boutique. The costumer shall not pay any other delivery costs to the post or the deliverer. The delivery is carried out according to the regulations of postal services.
The postal order fee is covered by our company.
The delivery time is 2 working days from the time of the order or payment if the proforma invoice was issued. If the ordered products are not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail or over phone and let you know the new delivery time.
You can return the products you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within eight (8) working days of receipt of the products. The products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging materials. You must also enclose the original invoice. If any of these terms are not meet, the right to return the products shall not apply.
In the case of the damage caused by improper usage or negligence, the right to return the products shall also not apply.
Every purchased product can also be exchanged. Send us the unused, undamaged and originally packaged product you wish to exchange, on your own expenses, and we shall send you a new product of your choice. In order to check if the new product is in stock, please, do not forget to notify us of the exchange by e-mail or over the phone.

Complaints and Disputes
The supplier operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Customers or users send their complaints by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to:

The supplier undertakes to confirm the reception of the complaint in five (5) days, to notify the customer about the time required for the investigation of the complaint and to regularly inform the customer about the ongoing procedure. The supplier shall endeavor to solve the dispute by mutual agreement.
