The general terms and conditions of the online store www.tijuana.si are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and other applicable regulations in the field of online business.

7. WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND NON-ACCEPTANCE
7.1 Right to Withdraw from the Contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending a written notice to info@tijuana.si, without stating a reason.

- The customer bears the costs of returning or refusing the goods.
- Returns of personalized products are not possible, except in cases of defects for which the provider is responsible.
7.2 Customer’s Costs for Return or Non-Acceptance:

7.3 Conditions for Returning Goods:
- The item must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- The return must include the original invoice, personal details, and bank account number for the refund.

8. DELIVERY IN SLOVENIA AND OTHER EU MEMBER STATES
8.1 Delivery in Slovenia
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after receiving payment.
- If the ordered item is not in stock, you will be notified and a new delivery time will be agreed upon.
- Deliveries are carried out via Pošta Slovenije.
- Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
8.1.1 Delivery Time in Slovenia
- The usual delivery time is 1 business day after dispatch.
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., breakdowns, accidents, traffic conditions).
8.1.2 Delivery Costs in Slovenia
- Delivery cost: €5 (incl. VAT), regardless of the weight or value of the order.
8.2 Delivery to Other EU Member States
⚠ Important: The store allows purchases by customers from other EU countries, but does not guarantee delivery outside Slovenia.

9. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

9.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the customer does not have the right to withdraw in the following cases:

- ❌ Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (if the packaging has been opened)

9.3 Complaints

9.3.1 Damaged or Lost Shipment

- ✔ Immediately inform the courier of the damage and fill out a report together.
- ✔ The package will be returned to us and a replacement will be sent.
